Everyone’s new favourite club Athens Kallithea FC have released their 22/23 third kit, and it doesn’t disappoint.

After selling out their home and away shirts in a surprise drop just four weeks ago, AKFC have completed arguably the most stylish trifecta of kits this season has seen.

Athens-based hip-hop artist Kareem Kalokoh models the latest design that arrives in soft red and blue hues with gold accents found on the shirt’s hem, cuffs and collar, taking influence from the Atheniean municipality Kallithea and its flag.

The third shirt chooses to follow in the footsteps of AKFC’s home shirt, harnessing the power of stripes to create a sleek aesthetic, one that has lifestyle at the centre of its design. To be expected from the likes of German design studio, Bureau Borsche and Venezia FC’s Chief Brand Officer, Ted Philipakos who was responsible for rebranding I Lagunari as the most fashion-forward club in football.

Although now one of the best dressed in the game, AKFC are also putting in the work on the pitch having advanced to the Greek Cup’s Round of 16 for the first time in a decade. Their league campaign will begin on November 13th, as the club look to return to the topflight of Grecian football since 2005/06.
