Nigeria will take on Atletico in a one-off international game on May 22, just six days after they play in the UEFA Europa League final.

Los Rojiblancos will play the Super Eagles at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo, Nigeria, as part of the first-ever GOtv MAX Cup, which is hosted by Nigerian TV company MultiChoice Nigeria.

Nigeria's African Nations Championship side, which is made up of locally-based players looking to impress and land a chance at this summer's World Cup, will compete against Atletico, who will have faced Marseille under a week before the friendly takes place.
