Anthony Joshua invites us into the Lion's Den in a new documentary that he just dropped for free on YouTube.

Titled "The Calm Before the Storm", the 20-minute film follows Anthony Joshua in the build up to his world title unification fight with Joseph Parker, which went down in Cardiff earlier this year.

The fly-on-the-wall style film tracks AJ from the final sessions his training camp right through to fight night and the immediate post-victory celebrations. The doc shines a new light on the way AJ approaches his sport mentally and why he takes such an open attitude to interacting with his fans being seen as a role model for the next generation.
