Anthony Joshua is renowned for having a cool and collected head above his devastatingly powerful frame, and his latest collaboration film with Under Armour showcases exactly why.
Filmed before he takes on Joseph Parker in a monumentally important unification fight in Cardiff, Joshua gives us an insight into his steadfast mentality before he gets in the ring.
The short film is directed by the multiple award-winning Walter Campbell, with AJ filmed confronting his own shadow whilst training for the build-up to the fight.
Speaking on the film, Anthony Joshua said:
"The mental is as important as the physical. That voice in your head telling you to keep going, to delve deep into your character. You have to make sure that if your body wants to stop, your mind won’t let you.
I put the hours in, work harder and smarter than my opponents, but that counts for nothing, if my head is not in peak condition. Your body can be hurt and tested, but your will must be invincible."
Anthony Joshua fights Joseph Parker in Cardiff on March 31st.
