Mason Greenwood scored an absolute madness last night in United's 5-0 U23 victory, launching a curling effort from outside the box at St James' Park which duly sent United fans wild on Twitter.
His latest goal meant Greenwood kept up his phenomenal record of one per game this season, adding to his 12 assists in his 27 appearances across U18, U19 and U23 sides throughout his breakthrough campaign. Check it out below.

What's even more impressive about Greenwood's free-kick was the first he's scored with his left foot this season, having previously scored two of them with his right foot against Liverpool earlier this season.

Greenwood made his debut for United as a sub in their win against Paris Saint-Germain on March 6th but is yet to start a game for United. Fans were quick to demand he starts playing for the first team after this latest mazzer from the young English forward, with Greenwood missing out on a place in the squad for their away leg Champions League tie against Barcelona tonight.
Greenwood is part of a new generation of young ballers set to take over European football in the next few years.
