The new doc is a sequel to the ‘Captains’ series netflix released last year, which followed six teams as they fought to qualify for the 2022 tournament. Sports documentaries focusing on specific clubs and tournaments are becoming more popular, and Netflix hasn’t shied away from the opportunity to share those stories on a global scale.
