Christian Pulisic has completed his move to Chelsea from Borussia Dortmund for a fee of £57.6 million, with the 20-year-old loaned back to the German club until the end of the season.
The first big deal of the January transfer window sees Pulisic become the most expensive USMSNT player of all time. The price tag Chelsea paid for the winger appears somewhat inflated, which is a result of Pulisic's potential as one of the most talented young players in Europe coupled with his marketability in the USA.

Speaking about the move, Pulisic said, "It's a privilege to have signed for such a legendary club. For the next six months, it's all BVB. Please do not doubt my passion, determination and my 110% commitment to the team right until the last ball is kicked this season."
Though the move could potentially open the door for Eden Hazard to leave Chelsea, it'd be interesting to know what Callum Hudson-Odoi thinks on Pulisic's arrival. Pulisic is currently having to make do with a spot on the bench at the Westfalenstadion due to the form of Young Lions teammate Jadon Sancho, and with rumours swirling about "cult" interest from Bundesliga clubs, Hudson-Odoi will want assurances over game time wherever he ends up playing in the near future.
