Nike has linked up with Liverpool to rework their iconic Air Huarache sneaker into a version that celebrates the clubâs traditional colours and motifs onto the model for the first time.
The Huarache is a model synonymous with shuffling and cutting shapes to House music, and while we don't see Headie One donning these any time soon, we can definitely see Hendo doing his signature move in a pair of these screaming "Scouse Every Weekend."
The collaborative model arrives with a white base with a red checkerboard pattern on the upper, with solid red neoprene base. Off white coloured overlays also hit the upper, with white neoprene and yellow ribbing accenting the middle of the tongues.
The velcro tongue badges feature removable âNIKEâ and âYNWAâ heel tags and co-branded printed insoles. The release is completed with a clean, co-branded shoebox.
The Nike Air Huarache âLiverpoolâ is expected to release in the coming months â keep it locked to VERSUS for more release info and take in the model below.
