adidas is dropping a limited-edition Predator Mania Japan Blue boot, serving as the first release in the brand’s new ‘Made in Germany’ range.

The ‘Made in Germany’ collection celebrates adidas’ 75th anniversary and over seven decades of German craftsmanship. To kick off the commemorative range, The Three Stripes are bringing back a classic – the Predator Mania.

The Predator Mania launched in 2002, just before the World Cup in South Korea and Japan, and is one of the most iconic renditions of the popular boots. adidas’ Japanese players debuted their own bespoke version of the boots – an iconic blue upper with white stripes and a red foldover tongue.

The ‘Made in Germany’ pair are almost an exact remake of the OGs, relaunching in the original red and blue colourway. Updated with a Predator 24 outsole, these boots keep all the nostalgia without losing any of the performance.

The classic Preds will be available to purchase starting July 29 on the adidas website.
