Mizuno just dropped a new pair of Alpha II ‘Japan’ boots, made for players with a need for speed.
Designed and manufactured in Japan, the boots embody the country’s Kaizen philosophy encouraging continuous improvement through small changes. With upgraded tech and a meticulous redesign, the new and improved Alpha II does exactly that.
The metallic upper arrives in gradient, pastel shades of pink, yellow, green and blue with silver stripes covering the entire boot. On the tongue, ‘Japan Spirit’ is printed in black.
Made to be the best lightweight boot on the market, the Alpha II features a newly-engineered Fit Last Neo, designed with the modern footballer in mind for optimal fit, comfort and performance. Weighing in at only 185g, the boots allow for rapid acceleration and quick changes in direction without hindering pace.
The almost barefoot feel is reinforced with a ZEROGLIDE α MESH insole, locking the foot in place with every touch.
The new Alpha II Japan boots are available to purchase now on the Mizuno website and select retailers.
