Mizuno has unveiled a pair of Alpha II Elite boots, redefining the speedy silo in a fresh, new colourway.

The new boots come shortly after a special-edition ‘Made in Japan’ version that dropped earlier this year. 

Inverting the bright, pastel colourway of the first ‘Japan’ boots, the newest Alpha II Elite arrives in a similar metallic colourway. The shimmering upper features an opalescent base with darting stripes of neon yellow, red and blue.

The Mizuno logo arrives in a dark, iridescent purple, standing out against the pale base. The soleplate ties the boot together, with bold, neon yellow studs creating a stunning on-pitch visual.

Made to be the best lightweight boot on the market, the Alpha II features a newly-engineered Fit Last Neo, designed with the modern footballer in mind for optimal fit, comfort and performance. Weighing in at only 185g, the boots allow for rapid acceleration and quick changes in direction without hindering pace.

The almost barefoot feel is reinforced with a ZEROGLIDE α MESH insole, locking the foot in place with every touch.
