Diadora is celebrating 40 years of the iconic Brasil boot silo with a special, eco-friendly design.
Made entirely of recycled materials from laces to studs, the newest Diadora Brasil is one of the greenest boots on the market.
The boots arrive in two colourways – all-white and all-black – with pale green stitching adding a pop of colour to the sleek silhouettes.
On the heel, the Diadora logo is stitched in the colours of the Italian flag, highlighting the country the boots were designed and manufactured in. Just below the tricolour, ‘1984’ is stitched in the same light green as the rest of the boot – a nod to the first-ever Brasil boot.
The recycled insole is removable and easy to replace, allowing the boots to last as long as possible and reducing waste in the process.
This edition of the boot is Diadora’s first using recycled materials. Fittingly called the ‘NEXT40’ boot, the boots are the first of many to come in the future.
With sustainable footwear the way forward, not just for the classic Italian brand but all boot manufacturers, Diadora is one of a few big names guiding the path.
The Brasil NEXT40 boots are available to purchase now on the Diadora website and select retailers.
