Reckon you can do a better job designing an Air Max 97 than Skepta and his SkAirs? You've now got your chance to prove it to the big man himself this month.

It's just been announced that Skepta will be judging Air Max designs at this month's London: On Air event along with Nike’s Senior Design Director Nate Jobe, and Vice President Creative Director of Colour Design, Courtney Dailey, and Alexandra Hackett (aka Mini Swoosh).

The programme allows participants to create their ultimate version of an Air Max using ten templates for their city that will “encompass briefing, concept building and mood boarding stages of design.”

Skepta and co will then narrow down the finalists to just three entries, who will then be featured on the global Nike: ON AIR voting page.

Those designs will then be mulled over by the whole world, with the eventual winner heading to Nike’s Oregon to see their Air Max actualized, just like the ridiculously-hyped Sean Wotherspoon 97 model.
