hummel and Greenland are kicking off 2025 in the coldest way possible, with a new away kit inspired by the country’s infamous ice sheet.
The ice sheet is the second largest body of ice on the planet, withstanding every storm nature has sent its way for millions of years. The resilience of this unbreakable force is a reflection of the national team and their tenacity, so it was only natural to design a kit that embodies that very spirit.
The final product is a stunning kit unique to Greenland, with the country’s history and culture woven into every detail.
The jersey arrives in a frosty shade of blue, with a textured pattern that mimics the ever-changing surface and natural patterns of the ice. A black collar with teal detailing gives the shirt a retro look whilst hummel’s signature chevron logo adorns the shoulders.
The KAK crest is stitched in a matching shade of teal, standing out against the icy blue jersey. On the sleeves, an avittat-inspired pattern – a traditional Greenlandic embroidery technique – decorates the sleeves, paying homage to the nation’s traditional attire and craftsmanship.
The new jersey is available to purchase now on the hummel website and select retailers.
