Adobe has partnered with Hattie Crowther and VERSUS to drop the biggest kit of the season with Camden Town WFC, giving one of the most creative non-league clubs in the women’s game a new identity fit for the biggest teams in the world.

The Adobe Women’s FA Cup has always been a competition that makes dreams come true, with any player and any team in with a chance of going head-to-head with some of the biggest clubs in the game. Adobe has taken “the magic of the cup” to another level this season, giving Camden Town WFC a major glow up before their first game of the competition.

Partnering with VERSUS and British designer, Hattie Crowther, Camden Town WFC’s new kit has been designed with elite creativity, performance and comfort in mind.

The bespoke design features a bold blue / purple gradient base – inspired by club colours – while a map of Camden is weaved into the print. Words describing the spirit of the club like ‘sisterhood’, ‘unity’, and ‘culture’ are woven into the jersey, paying homage to the values that makes this club so unique.

Camden Town WFC kits and crest were designed using Adobe Creative Cloud. Hattie began by crafting a dynamic mood board in Adobe Express, collaborating with the club to bring the players’ vision to life.  She utilised content resources in Adobe Express and Adobe Stock, using the precision of Adobe Photoshop to create intricate patterns and mock-ups. These elements have also been integrated into Camden Town WFC’s Brand Kit which the team will be using to maintain a strong and cohesive visual identity across all channels.

The kit was designed in collaboration with Camden Town WFC’s players ahead of their Adobe Women’s FA Cup first qualifying round game against Bexhill United. In addition to inspiring a kit that meets the creative needs of the squad, they also flagged the inequality that exists within kit design at a non-league level – with most clubs still playing in kits made for the male body.

Adobe and Hattie’s new kit is made to measure for women athletes, providing the comfort and freedom that all players deserve. Speaking about the new kits, Hattie said: “The new Camden Town WFC kit embodies sisterhood and unity through its ergonomic design and functionality, specifically tailored for female players.”

“Reflecting valuable feedback from both players and the club, this kit enhances performance and comfort where women's kits often lack. Featuring energetic prints crafted with Adobe Stock and Adobe Express, it celebrates the club's culture and creativity while addressing the unique needs of female athletes.”

Alessia Russo surprised the Camden players on set during their kit shoot and gave them a pep talk ahead of their opening Adobe Women’s FA Cup game against Bexhill this past weekend, which Camden Town WFC won 0-9.

While some of Europe’s biggest clubs are producing products that are fit for the front row at fashion week, Adobe is proving that all clubs deserve to have their creativity unleashed on the pitch.
