Nike have just unveiled one of the biggest sneaker drops of 2018.

In celebration of Air Max Day 2018, Nike will be releasing an all-new silhouette inspired by Air Max icons of the past.

The Air Max 270 is inspired by the Air Max 93 and Air Max 180, and will be the first sneaker to feature an Air unit purpose built for lifestyle shoes. Every other Air unit up to this point has been rooted in performance.

The 270 features the highest-ever heel unit in an Air Max at 32mm tall and gets its name from an old nickname Nike designers had for the Air Max 93, referencing that sneaker's 270 degrees of visibility in the air unit.
