Nike have just dropped the official Brazil World Cup campaign video, and it contains all the ingredients that have seen the ads achieve classic status over the years.

This year's edition looks back to iconic campaigns of the past, including a high-profile guest appearance by Ronaldo, who recreates that memorable airport scene. The advert also focusses on the fans and players on the streets of Brazil to help motivate one of the tournament favourites lift one of the famous Jules Rimet.

The Brazil campaign message is, “Our football is born in the streets, in the várzea, in the lawns. Our football inspires the world. This shirt has history.” Check out Nike’s official commercial for this year’s World Cup in full above.

Brazil’s first World Cup 2018 match will be on Sunday, June 17, where they take on Switzerland at the Rostov Arena.
