adidas Football are readying up the relaunch of one of the most iconic boot silos of all time: the 1998 Predator Accelerator.
Donned by the likes of Steven Gerrard, Zinedine Zidane and David Beckham, the Accelerator is one of the most well-loved adidas boots ever created, and for 2021, adidas is bringing back the classic in a murdered-out colourway equipped with the latest, cutting-edge tooling the Three Stripes have to offer.
Reworked in a stealthy “Core Black” and “Grey Six” colourway, look and feel of the model remains almost identical to the original, with soft K-leather upper and signature rubber elements running on the forefoot.
The boot arrives with an updated innovative split outsole seen on the latest Predator models to thrust the silo into the future to provide optimal, on-pitch performance. The boot also features the classic fold down tongue and lace closure.
adidas’ Predator Accelerator 'Eternal Class' Firm Ground Boots are limited to 3,500 pairs and set to drop on January 14 via the adidas webstore – take a closer look at the model below.
