adidas Football have just dropped Manchester United's clean new home kit for the upcoming season, and it pays homage on the 20th anniversary of the club's incredible 1998/1999 season.
United made history by becoming the first club ever to win the Premier League, FA Cup and UEFA Champions League – a feat that hasn't been replicated since.
History was made 20 years ago in United's Champions League Final game against Bayern Munich, which saw United leave it late to defeat Bayern Munich 2-1 in Barcelona, with goals from Teddy Sheringham and current Red Devils manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
The minutes of when those famous goals were scored – the 91st and 93rd respectively – are shown on each sleeve of the new adidas jersey for the forthcoming season. The dates of the three title wins are also displayed along the bottom of the shirt they'll don in their 2019/2020 campaign.
An all new commemorative crest design of bold black with gold stitching, taking inspiration from the one worn that season, completes the shirt. David De Gea poses in the United 'keeper shirt for 19/20, which gets dripped down in purple and features a wavey tiger camo graphic. Check out close ups of the shirts below.
You can cop the Manchester United Home and Goalkeeper 2019/20 shirts from adidas stores, adidas.com and official club stores exclusively from today.
