adidas have blessed Buenos Aires’ two biggest sides, Boca Juniors and River Plate, with clean new away jerseys for their 22/23 campaigns.
The kits launch via a joint shoot with the Millonarios and the Xeneizes now both firmly Three Stripes, bringing together the two sides together despite their fierce rivalry.
Boca Junior’s away jersey opts for a refined design, with the club’s traditional blue and yellow colours forming a horizontal band in the centre of the kit, which sits on a white background. Boca’s blue and yellow also runs along the sleeves and collar of the design along with the classic Boca club crest used during the 1980s – back when Diego Armando Maradona played for Boca.
For River Plate, adidas serve up a red jersey with horizontal stripes that fade out from red to white, with the kit’s V-neck collar referencing iconic River Plate kits from years gone by.
