To celebrate the Rossoneri's 120th anniversary, PUMA have drawn inspiration from AC Milan’s iconic 1969 side, with the 2019/20 home shirt using the same narrow stripes from 50 years ago.
The thinner stripes were donned by AC Milan's iconic 1969-70 side, where the Rossoneri won their second European Cup in Madrid in May before being crowned Intercontinental Cup champions in October. The stripes are paired up with a clean round collar for a modern interpretation of the classic 60’s kit.
The new shirt made its on-pitch debut during Milan's 2-0 victory on their final home fixture of the season against Frosinone Calsio, and Milan will be hoping that they'll be donning the jersey in next season's Champions League with it all to play for in next weekend's final gameweek of Serie A.
