Nike just dropped another cold kit for Barcelona.

The Swoosh and Barca celebrated 20 years of partnership last season and in that time they've linked up to drop some of the most iconic kits in the game, and their latest drop is another big look.

The Barcelona away kit for 2019/20 is dripped out in an all-over bright yellow jersey decorated with a bold diagonal sash comprising the club’s traditional home colours of red and blue. The kit is inspired by the club's cult away kit from 1979 – the same year Barca's legendary academy, La Masia, opened its doors.

“Barca’s away kit from ’79 is a cult classic and with us wanting to pay homage to La Masia, it made perfect sense to use a kit from its founding year as the starting point,” explained Pete Hoppins, Nike Football Apparel Senior Design Director.

The shirt’s v-neck collar is finished at the back of the neck by a vertical strip featuring the stripes of the Catalan flag. The trims of the sleeves are different on each side — red on left, blue on right — and the kit is completed by a match day-choice of blue or yellow shorts, and yellow socks.
