After months of anticipation, New Balance has just dropped AS Roma’s bespoke home kit for the 21/22 season.

The debut collaboration between the brand-New Balance and the Italian giant introduces a classic interpretation of the club’s signature look – with I Giallorossi’s famous colour palette presented in the rich yellow and red shades synonymous with AS Roma and the city of Rome.

A subtle tonal pin-stripe design is visible on the front of the jersey, which also incorporates a v-neck collar and ribbon cuff details in yellow. An other label is branded with ‘La Lupa’ – a reference to AS Roma’s iconic female wolf symbol and a historic nickname of the Capitoline team is also added.

AS Roma’s kit is accompanied with traditional rich red socks and coloured hoops to match the home strip design, with New Balance applying cutting-edge design technology across all 21/22 jerseys to ensure superior performance. Developed using innovative NB Dry technology, to help keep players fresh and dry from the first to the final whistle.

AS Roma Captain Lorenzo Pellegrini said, “It’s always exciting when a new kit is revealed, especially this season. The new design was popular with the team from the moment we saw it and we are all looking forward to wearing it”.

The release is part of New Balance’s ‘Only Roma’ campaign for the season ahead, in recognition of Roma as a way of life.

The first-ever New Balance & AS Roma Home Kit range is available for pre order on July 14 at AS Roma stores and will be available to purchase on www.newbalance.com/football (US residents) and www.newbalance.co.uk/football (UK residents) and in New Balance stores worldwide from the end of July.
