Umbro have linked up with New York-based varsity imprint Rowing Blazers for a new football-inspired capsule collaboration.

The 12-piece collection reinterprets Umbro‘s football legacy, with football jerseys and shorts alongside striking field jackets given Rowing Blazers’ eye-catching style.

The collection implements four different patterns, with a colourful croquet stripe gun club check house tweed pattern, a navy and red zig-zag stripe and classic Gordon Modern tartan used as part of the limited-edition drop, which also features a ball in the croquet stripe colourway.

The football jerseys come with co-branded Umbro and Rowing Blazers insignia, while RB founder Jack Carlson’s personal coat of arms is used on the chest. The coat of arms features references to Carlson’s time on the national rowing team, career in classic archaeology, and his childhood dog.
